Giving Tuesday 2024

PLEASE HELP US TAKE A BITE OUT OF PET OVERPOPULATION ON #GIVINGTUESDAY 2024!

Greetings, and welcome to #GivingTuesday 2024.  This day is set aside each year for people to give to their favorite charities, and we hope to be your charity on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.

Our goal this year is to raise $10,000 to cover the cost of at least two free spay-neuter clinic days in disadvantaged communities struggling with chronic pet overpopulation.  Up to 80 pets can be fixed with these funds at no charge to the pet owners, to prevent future generations of unwanted litters from becoming victims of extreme suffering or tragic endings.

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO GIVE:

1. Enter Our Pet Photo Contest

 • Email SNAP a photo (or two!) October 1st- Dec 3rd 12 noon*:  photo@snap-sandiego.org. 

• Each photo receives a contest entry.

• There is a $5 minimum donation per photo/

The winner will be announced on Dec 4th, 2024, the evening after #GivingTuesday.  Winner receives a SNAP SWAG BAG and will be pictured in the SNAP E news, website and on the Giving Tuesday Postcard 2025!

 2. Donate to SNAP

 Simply make a donation to SNAP in any denomination. You can make a donation on this campaign or mail a check to the SNAP P.O. Box 235287, Encinitas, CA 92023. Do you want to donate a different way? Email kylie@snap-sandiego.org for assistance.
