To prepare underserved youth for success in college, career, and life through dance education, academics, and family services. 

We believe 

in the power of a holistic approach to serving youth and preparing them for college and career. Our holistic program ensures that our youth have the resources and support they need to find success in all the areas in which they learn and grow. A Step Beyond's program goes beyond the child's dance experience by strengthening their academic performance and providing family support services and resources. We commit to serving our students for 10 years, from 3rd grade through high school graduation.
