Dreams for Change

Dreams for Change was founded in May 2009 by Teresa Smith, Ph.D., to serve the needs of families and individuals displaced due to the recession's economic downturn and provide them with the first-ever community-based Safe Parking program. Since then, it has pioneered other cost-effective interventions that stabilize the lives of thousands of people through our Free Tax Preparation and Workforce Training program.
