Who We Are

Education through social-emotional curriculum, in-person events, and community outreach.

Through providing a mindful curriculum and tools that build character, we aim to reduce social deficits affecting youth today, including loneliness, anxiety, depression, bullying, addictions, self-harm and violence. We improve and cultivate social skills, compassion, empathy, kindness, inclusion, confidence, and civic engagement. Our programs enhance youth-peer connections and strengthen relationships with parents, trusted adults, and teachers.

Why is this important? 

Statistics show that children are more lonely and anxious than ever before, and current learning methods struggle to address modern problems. Youth anxiety leaves individuals, families, and communities vulnerable to becoming a part of rising statistics and epidemics. *Facts from pre-pandemic.
